    • Tier 2 (Engineering): We build the robust, capable mobile app and the central, secure cloud dashboard. We add an AI engine that analyzes incoming data (GPS, inventory, short text/voice reports) to flag anomalies and provide predictive "early-warnings" of supply breaks.

    • Tier 3 (Design): We design the mobile app to be extremely simple and reliable for a field worker with minimal training. We design the central dashboard to give a program manager a real-time, actionable "health check" of their entire operation on a single screen.
